Management Cost Structure

The Vacation Rental industry is currently dealing with historic change due to the implementation of technology in an industry that has historically been very labor intensive.  ONERüF has created a technology solution that streamlines the operational management of a Vacation Rental thus eliminating much of the labor associated with VR Operations.  As a result, unlike our competitors, we do not charge 30-40% of nightly income.  Further, we have found creative ways to pass on costs that would otherwise be borne by the owner, such as hot tub maintenance and supply costs.  Our ultimate goal is to provide a better quality outcome at a lower cost.

We charge our clients between 20-25% of nightly income to manage the listing, unit pricing, guest communications, and operational management of the Vacation Rental.
